We were invited to speak to North Zealand Police in Copenhagen on the Homicide Timeline and Pattern Analysis in Coercive Control and Stalking.
Jane and Sue spent four days in Copenhagen. Jane presented the key note speech at the North Zealand Police Domestic Homicide conference, and Jane and Sue presented a workshop on CCB and Stalking pattern analysis.
There is growing international interest in the Timelines and pattern analysis. This has to be a good thing and shows that domestic abuse awareness is developing, as is the need to take it very seriously. Denmark have CCB legislation and more recently they have introduced Stalking legislation.
We have presented training across Europe including in the Republic of Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Iceland and Denmark. The Homicide Timeline is a dynamic risk and threat assessment tool with applicability on a global basis, regardless of language or cultural differences.
